Eat Pray Shop

I actually had two days off in a row this weekend! It was so amazing, and needed! Saturday, I spent the entire day shopping, and then went to see Eat Pray Love. I don't want to say too much about the movie in case some of you haven't seen it yet, but my favorite part was when Liz (Julia Roberts) was in Italy, eating all of that great food. In fact,  I've been craving pasta ever since!  Overall I thought the movie was ok. There were parts that I loved, and parts that I didn't, but just for the locations alone it's worth seeing. (not to mention James Franco!) Here are some of my favorite stills from the movie:
Did you see Eat Pray Love this weekend? What did you think?

  6. I'm going to see it this week with a girlfriend and eat at a pizza place started by this old Italian couple. Best pizza I've had and authentic. Goes with the movie I think!

  7. I saw Eat Pray Love this weekend and absolutely loved it. Julia Roberts looked so beautiful throughout the entire movie. And my girlfriends and I were craving Italian food so much that we came home and ordered pizza and opened up a few bottles of wine! ;) xx

  8. Bren did you read the book?? If you compare the book to the movie, I think they did an exceptional job. So often when a movie is a book adaptation it pales in comparison, however I was really impressed with this. It is one of my favorite books so I really expected to be disappointed and was pleasantly surprised. It's hard to cram so much info in 2 hours but I think they got the main points across and they cast it perfectly...and hello?? When are we leaving for Rome??? ;)

  12. I cannot wait to see this! I loved the book and am dying to watch the movie for the locations alone. So glad you had a few days off to enjoy yourself! Just seeing these pictures makes me want to go eat a pizza. Did you wear your new A Wang around town all weekend long?? I'm still envious, and can't stop dreaming about that bag!

  14. I'm hoping to catch it this weekend! Not too much expectations except for some travel porn and wishing I could go everywhere they filmed. I'm expecting the movie doesn't do the book justice. But I still love J.R.
Glad to hear you got some rest! What did you buy? ;)
