One of my goals this year is to cook at home more. So, I decided that my first home-cooked meal should be Pork, because frankly, I was pretty tired of everything else. I first had this Pork Tenderloin at my Aunt's house for Christmas, and it was so delicious, I just had to have the recipe. I called her about a week later and she couldn't find it, but knew she pulled it out of Food & Wine magazine. I went on a hunt! I searched pages and pages until I found THE recipe. (from 2005!) I've made this several times, and I'm always surprised by how simple and tasty this dish is. For sides, I made roasted potatoes (from Barefoot Contessa At Home), and steamed broccoli.
